I didn't sew my pleats down vertically, and I'm going to regret that because when I faux-tried it on, it was waaay poofy. Not cute. But I think at this stage I can still sew them down.

*JUST* read on Regans blog that the pockets are a No Go!!! Crap! I love my pink silky pocket!!! Maybe I'll just keep the one. ;)
