Know what's crazy? I made another Charlotte Dress.
I KNOW RIGHT?!
I made this one on Saturday morning, just before we left for Easter dinner. Literally - I've got this dress down to 30 minutes. INCLUDING flip-flopping about what fabric to use.
I used a sweet pink polka dot stretch cotton, and I put a bird on it! Are we still putting birds on things as a culture? I know I am. :)
I shortened the sleeves by 2.5 inches to make this dress transition better into the warmer weather, and I also made it just a bit shorter in length. Check out Emmy's Fall version of this dress here!
Bird!
Edited to add: the bird is an iron-on from Jo-Ann's from eons ago, and I sewed it on with clear thread after I iron-on-ed it.
So there you have it! A 30 minute Easter/Spring dress - yay!
Hope you all had a beautiful Easter weekend. We sure did! Stay tuned later this week for the alternate version of the Bubble Skirt! EXCITED.
Love, Love, Love.
